A facility located in Napa is looking for a Production Lead. They are seeking an experienced Production Lead to join a growing team.

Job Title: Production Lead      

Pay rate: $20-$23 hourly depending on experience

Schedule: Full Time Hourly — must be available to work all three shifts

Job Duties:

Responsible for assisting with supervising and coordinating all shifts to ensure the facility and all equipment is clean and operating to meet all Quality and Production Standards as directed by the Production Shift Supervisor. Start up line, shut down line, fill out paperwork. Attention to detail!

Job Responsibilities

•Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as directed by the manager.

•Fill out all required paperwork.

•Monitor and maintain production as set by the Production Manager. 

•Start up line

•Shut down line

•Monitor all wine adjustments.

•Sanitation, sterilization, and decolorization.

•Oversee maintenance, shipping, production, and cellar personnel. 

•Attend production meetings and safety meetings.

•Troubleshoot during production.

•Perform any reasonable request by any supervisor, manager, or owner.

•Assist at pre-shift meetings.

•Train staff in proper safety procedures.

•Pay attention to detail.
